MangaKaDenza: good "brute-force" way to identify the right device is to do "lspci -nnk" and check which device ID numbers match the PA device codes. For example, if the PA device code is "00:1b.0 Audio device [0403]: Intel Corporation 8 Series/C220 Series Chipset High Definition Audio Controller [8086:8180]", then you can see that there's a "sub device" [0403:10a1]
